Payment Policies

Each insurance company and plan is different. It is best to check-in with your insurance company prior to your visit to see if they require a referral and if our practice is in-network - if we are out-of-network with your insurance we will still be happy to see you, but you may be responsible for a larger amount of the visit cost. We do require patients to pay their co-pay at the time of visit. If your insurance plan is one with a decuctible that has not been met, we will ask that $75 towards the deductible is given on the first visit, and $50 towards the deductible for all other subsequent visits. If you do not have insurance, you will be given the opportunity to do a cash-pay. This is given with a slight discount and the entire amout is to be collected before you leave our office.

What To Expect

Being well-prepared for your appointment will ensure that the doctor has all of the needed information to provide the best possible care for you; this includes bringing your insurance cards, photo ID, and medication list. It will also help alleviate any unnecessary anxiety you may be feeling prior to your first appointment. Educate yourself on your symptoms by reviewing the content on this Web site. Also, take some time to review our staff page and familiarize yourself with the doctors. We look forward to your first visit.
